type c upgrader dont work on type c weapons and armors...

It is GM fault. He thinks 70 gear is something special but it is not! On other servers if you have int/type c auto upgraders it will work 100%. People even spare their money for good upgraders like 4-6 or 5-6 or 6-7. It is in his interests to make upgraders for gear on this server (buy from shop 100% upgrader box and try your luck)

Fixed, now upgraders working with Normal and Intense armors/weapons, but if something will not works, post about it.
