Updater

Hey, i have a problem with the Updater, i followed the instructions when i was in Austria for holidays, downloaded it in 2 laptops and was able to play without a problem, now im back home in Cyprus and the Updater is having some issues :/ .. it says :
Update - Novus Galaxy
Download failed: Please select another server or try to contact the software provider

Upload update.log .

im sorry but how to do that ?
