квест 35 лвл у героя , моба нигде нет на элане , где на карте отмечен тоже нет , перебил всех ренегатов с них тоже нужный лут не падает

I've just checked all functions affected to drop system and found interesting bug: item are placed into drop table with high chance but not dropping at all. I think this bug affeted to all monsters drop game, that's why sometimes you'll required kill tons of mosnters and get only few loots, the reason is that chance just overflow to negative value.

But now bug has been fixed.
