what's wrong with item race transfer? any idea how make it works?

I think this name card thing u dont need for transfer stuff.
The card is only if u want to transfer to other race with char.
correct me if im wrong.

It only works right now for level 57-70 int, so if you want to change a peice of 70 intense from ACC to cora for example then you need the C card, from another race to bell you need a B and from one race to ACC you would need an A card.

hello. anybody knows how to use this card? i tried change the item race from ACC to CORA for my farmed items (most of them are for ACC), but when I try to combine, it is not working.. how do we use the item transfer card? thank you
