SOLVED Game Start UI

Hi, i'm new here
So i've just downloaded this game and updated it, but i can't start the game because i can't click anything in this Game Start. There are no icons that i can click.
Please help me to fix this

I've downloaded the file from that link, but it is still doing the same, there is no icon to click
The "Start", "Credit", and "Exit" can't be clicked
