Turn off VPN open https://www.whatismyip.com/my-ip-information/ and after enabled and open site again after this upload 2 screenshots

but I already update and can play,but when i'am log off and login again launcher update again and didn't finish about an hour
what happen sir?

Hi i have the same problem,stack at "reconnecting to serve" . I downloaded the full client then run the updater.
