I think there was similar issue before wipe, but anyway.
Sometimes when you buff, icon of buff does not appear on the right side of screen.( technically buff is on) And when you try buff again it keeps trying to apply it, but nothing happens anyway(animation still runs). All buff are visible after relog tho.
I suppose it is visual bug
