Bells, RL is nominating himself, Multiple Accounts

Don't know if this is against violation, pretty sure it would be on any other server.
But bells is run by one Brazilian guy, he/she has his own guild so 8 accounts at-least, he just runs multiple MAU and votes himself Archon with the dire population.

I've left anyway but thought it should be brought to your attention as its clear violation, he doesn't speak English and isn't fair to any other Archons running.
