SOLVED Ability PT - Unable equip Items

My Shield PT is 97/99 PT
and i cant equip Shield: Unable to epuip items : Low skill level

48+ lvl shield suppose to be GM pt, or am i wrong?

I've tried reproduce this error, but no any luck. Do you have more information problem is appeared?

you can Click shield
right click
but then comes the message : Unable to equip items: Low skill Lvl

(although even Shield pt is on GM)

got some update on this matter... it happened to no right now... I'm Full GM and couldn't equip a lvl 48 shield.

не одевается вообще не одна 48 пу вещь на 48 уровне.
пробовал одеть 48 шмотки, 48 оружие при гм пт, но пишет тоже самое

Не могу одеть 49 оружие на акрета - ланчера. Сам 49 лвл. Броню также не могу одеть. УРОВЕНЬ ПТ максимальный. Почему не могу одеть ПУ и одежду?
