А чё не так то? База она и в африке база, и все бонусы суммируются(в том числе талики и грейд) и применяются на нее, в итоге в статах у тебя верный урон. А то что у тебя на пушке написано и без грейдов всегда в заблуждение вводило при заточке, так как это не база меняется, а просто зачем-то...
