SOLVED Weird and Unexplainable things

It started yesterday after server down and mobs popping up chest signs above their heads.

Always getting DC and or getting error.
When DC and login back to the game you'll get teleported in new locations or vast space.
Items quantity get shuffled (pickaxe part) or lost (Ancient Ring M).

After yesterday's restart, everyone started having serious lags. Many people complain that it is impossible to raise the level normally. The character throws out packs of mobs during the farm, and he almost always dies, losing a ton of experience. Over the past 2 days, I have spent a lot of money to buy 100% capsules that are dying through no fault of mine. Another player in my race has 71 urs and gets very little experience when he dies, it's almost a disaster for him. Is there any way to fix this, or at least add the ability to restore 90-100% of the experience not for a Cash Shop store?
