skill points receive Delay for canceled buffs (suggestion thread)

Suggestion:
enable delay for receiving skill points for right click cancelled buffs to avoid abuse easy leveling buffs

even with delay, people can use macro to leave it auto buffing all night...its gonna delay progress, but not much effective.

delay may look like: if buff is cancelled and buffed again you dont get skill points until bufftime is over or you die or someone vanish it of you

dont know if thats possible, since you ~Cancelled~ the buff...
