Race Money & Gold limit

Increase the Maximum Amount of National Currency and Gold in Character & Bank Inventory.​

If previously Player could only collect a limited amount of Nation's currency, this time the amount of currency that can be collected in the inventory and the Bank is more. The following are the details:
- Increase in the maximum number of National Currency in Inventory from 2,000,000,000,- to 200,000,000,-
- Increase in Maximum amount of Gold in Inventory which was previously 500,000,- to 100,000,000
- Increase in Maximum number of Currencies Nation's money that can be deposited in the Bank which was previously 1,000,000,000, - becomes 200,000,000,000, -
- Increased the maximum amount of Gold that can be stored in the Bank from 500,000,- to 100,000,000
