More skill bars (suggestion thread)

1. make more lines for mages skills and switchable things like armors/elems
2. make possible for those fields to move and lock/unlock them at bar
3. (if #2. isnt possible) add another vertical or horizontal skill field for same reason as #1. says and make possible to hide or disable
