SOLVED Mining pickaxe expired.

Finished quest, crafted pickaxe - did not get it in inventory.
Relog - it is in my inventory with expiry date 01/01/1970( not sure about month), after equipping it say pickaxe expired and disappears.

All within 5 min after finishing quest. Sorry for not capturing screenshots
