so i heard that level 67 is supposed to be locked until we do some quest.
but apparently there is some issue that say level 67 quest is bugged so we can continue to level up without doing the quest.
so i think i have a suggestion here. put the server under maintenance to fix level 67 first and make sure that it works.
then reset all characters with level 67 above that already advanced without doing the quest.
with the condition of new server it would be not too troublesome rather than when many people already reach 67+.
