SOLVED Items you get when refining ore

when i refine ores, i get the GAME COUPOM EXCHANGE item, and I would like to make a suggestion and change the icon of this item, it has the same shape as the enchantment ones...it could get people confused.

ALSO, life reversal item does not stack at all, occupying unnecessary space in inventory.

life reversal item is special item contain random money capsule (lottery) (will be implemented with next patch).
