[DOUBT] About Spec's Turrets

There are lvl 70 turrets in game? Cause I have bought the highest in OCL Tool NPC, and I was able to build it being lvl 69, what makes me believe that this is the lvl 67 one.

Thats because it is level 67 one, and its the same for all 3 races
