It seems that when the buffs are at level 7, the stat doesn't apply properly.
in this video you can clearly see when I buff Precision Level 7, the precision goes to 81, and then goes to 51. Rapid Reaload makes my ASPD 1.14, and then to 0.44 (this is not visual, my ASPD is too slow). Same with Evasion, when buffed my dodge goes to 38 and then goes to 8.
When my buffs were at lvl 6 they seemed to work properly, this seems to be a bug when they are at lvl 7.
Edit: Wide Range not working too.
